ht 802 grandstream ata isnt working with tp link archer ax 55 .
my ht 802 grandstream ata isnt working with tp link archer ax 55 .i have put the sip password the sip id and the sip server .i have put the vlan id in the lan also which is 837 .
i contacted grandstream which has seen the log after conecting to my pc with any desk and said is my network .
i need a little help here .my isp is vodafone greece

@giannishawk i actually will quit i use isp router for telephony and tp link for internet is not bad .

Hi, the ht 802 grandstream ata only needs internet access from the router, right?
Try to disable SIP ALG on Advanced > NAT Forwarding > ALG page, if it is still the same, please connect it to other networks for testing, if it supports Ethernet connection, connect it to your modem directly for comparison.

i have fiber to the home though , i have a ont not modem.
should i try to conect with ont? i have a swich unmanged.

@giannishawk actually i tryed to conect directly to ont with a unmanaged swich doesnt register .
the sip alg is in security-firewall on router i turn it off and nothing
