Do you receive the email from us? Ticket was created and asked for the log and was gonna work with the dev to find out what was wrong. So there was no response over a week. If there is no reply from a case, will close it manually and avoid unnecessary piled-up work.
So reply to the email. Or will close it again due to no constructive information provided. I will close this and reopen the old one.
