Can I connect several eap670's in multi-ssid (using vlans) and configure them as a mesh configuration?

Yes, you can configure multiple SSIDs per AP, each tagged with a unique VLAN.

 

Yes, those AP support meshing as long as you have an Omada controller as part of your design.

 

Yes, you can do both at the same time.
