Firmware upgrade to my router

I just updated the firmware to my router ER605 v1 to 1.3.1 Build 20231207 Rel.61384 and now I can not access the settings portal via Google Chrome. I need to open an incognito page then I got an error and click on proceeed anyway. And then I can access the configuration of my router.

You can refer to this guide. Basically, it is the cache issue. So, clear the browser cache and try again.
If you see the error or Not Secure, don't worry, that's normal. Go to Advanced and access it anyway.
