First off, sorry I do not know how to get model, hardware and firmware versions. I have a 2.5 internet connection but when checking connection speeds upload is always poor. Speed test from router shows 1900/2000 up and down speeds(Tuf gaming ax6000). Test on computer is 1700 down but only 700/800 up. To me this means a setting in the tx201 must be wrong but I have no idea which one to change. Any ideas

my previous ISP had full fibre and I had download and upload at GB speed. Switched ISP who delivered service using fibre/copper I'm getting >900 download BUT my upload is max 17 Mbps (yes 17)

@Cooper2024 wow and I thought I had it bad. This however is not the isp causing this as I get the full 2000Mps up and down when speed tested router to ont (on the wall modem)
