Hi, I'm trying to connect my AX5400 router to a primary Virgin router via Cat7 Ethernet cable. The cable is in the lan in the virgin box and wan in AX router but no internet. I have both 2.4 & 5 lights lit on the AX and have tried various settings in advanced settings but no luck. Any ideas please?
