In general, I suppose the max No. of wireless clients connect to a SOHO class AP is around 10~15.

I've got a similar question but maybe it's matter of setting: what are the wireless settings for your AP?
I've got the same AP but i can't have 14 users at the same time... someone have no connection...

the answer is very clear, you have 14 users at the same time... but someone have no connection... 14 minus -1=13
so it does not matter how many connect, in your case, the magic number is 13 can surf the web.

I have a question for you, does your device lets you connect more than 14 or 14, is the connections limit to your device.
