Model: Archer AX80
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.2 Build 20240126 rel.68209(5553)

I have purchased this Archer AX 80 router on dec,2023 . it was working till when my plan was in 80mbps

As i have upgraded my internet plan from 80 mbps to 150 mbps from my isp provider, i am not getting my plan speed from this router . when i was checking the setting of internet negotiation it was only showing 100mbps,

if i change the internet negotiation setting from AUTO to 1000mbps full duplex ,  router will disconnect from internet and no connection at all,
router led will change from blue to red , it was stuck with 100mbps full duplex

I have even changed LAN internet Input port from 2.5gbps wan/lan to 1gbps wan/lan port . and visa versa , still the problem occurs.

EVEN  the TP link technical team can't able to rectify the issue.

Hi, if you are experiencing slow Internet speed with your TP-Link Archer Router, here are some steps to help troubleshoot the issue:

1. Please use https://www.speedtest.net or the speedtest APP/CLI(https://www.speedtest.net/apps) for testing speed accurately.

2. Please make sure the speed of your ISP/Modem is good by connecting a PC directly into the ISP Modem/Router.

3. To verify wired(Ethernet) speed of your Router, please connect the PC directly into the LAN ports of the Router, make sure all Ethernet cables are CAT5E and above.

4. Please factory reset the router and reconfigure it, then check the speed again.
