Model: ER7206 (TL-ER7206)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.1 Build 20240117 Rel.57421
Hello friends, after updating the firmware, browsing through the VPN on the internet started to oscillate. I can connect to the internal network and access the data, however, when I try to browse, most sites do not connect. Any tips to resolve this? Thanks

Hi @PauloStefani

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

First, I want to rule out the firmware thing first. As you mentioned that "after updating the firmware", I think you assume this would relate to the firmware upgrade?

The firmware upgrade did not mention anything with the VPN. So I want to rule this out first.

Second, internal is fine but external access is not okay. You might take several possible causes into consideration. I would check the DNS because mostly if you cannot access certain webs, that's a DNS issue.

If you are using full tunnel mode, you should pay attention to the server end and check if your server end can access these sites. If the sites are blocked by the ISP(server end), then you cannot bypass this anyway.
