Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 240119 Rel.51953n

OS: Windows 11 x64

 

VIGI Security Manager exits with "Fatal Application Exit" error when clicking on Live Preview every time. "Sorry. Application exception occurs. Please refer to log files for more information".

 

But VIGI Manager is working fine in Mac Laptop.

 

Exception error: The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.

Process Name: C:\Program Files (x86)\TP-Link\VIGI Security Manager\VIGI Security Manager.exe

Do you have the dump log after it crashed? If you can find that file, will you please paste the information here after you desensitize it?

What about the hardware specs of the computer? Please let me know this info as well.
