Hi!

 

Vigi security manager  - Windows.

 

It is possible? Start the app in full screen or maximized.

 

Every time I open the app, its open windowed in center of the screen.

Yes.

It is possible ...

make a shortcut to VIGI  app in Startup folder ...

 

then right click on Shorcut and select Properties ... , there will be option to run in minimised / normal / maximised window.
