Model: Archer AX55 Pro
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.3 Build 20231103 rel.66045(4555)

LAN connection drops randomly.
The connection will be restored after a while.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Here is the "System Log" at the time:

  @Marvin_S :

Good day,
I changed the DNS

1. I have
3 LAN clients - usually only a laptop is connected
10 WiFi clients

2. Only LAN is lost Internet - i the LAN is disconnected.

Wifi clients work fine - are connected. Internet is working.

3. Outages are random every day.

I don't know the status of the LED, but I will keep an eye on it now.

4. Wifi clients work fine in both bands.

After changing the DNS and also changing the DHCP lease time from 120 minutes to 1440 minutes (24 hours).
So far the router is working OK.
I will monitor the situation and then write the result.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

You may change the DNS Server of the Router: login the web management interface of the Router, go to Advanced > Network > Internet > Advanced Settings, change the two DNS Servers into 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8.

To better locate the issue, we need to confirm some basic information:

1. How many clients do you have? Some are wireless clients and some are wired?

2. When the drop issue happens, will all clients lose internet? All clients can still connect to the router but no internet? Or even can not connect?

3. How often does the issue happens? Can you see any LED changes on the router?

4.Does the issue happen on 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz wifi band?
