Hi,

I recently purchased a TP-Link Archer AX58 router. I have a desktop PC that I'm trying to connect to the Wi-Fi network, but I'm not able to see the SSID on my computer. My phone is able to connect to the network without any issues. I've tried troubleshooting the issue by restarting both the router and my computer, but I'm still unable to connect. I'm not sure what else to do.

I've checked and the Wi-Fi adapter on my computer is enabled, and I've also tried resetting the network settings on my computer. I'm still not able to see the SSID.

I'm at a loss here, and I'm hoping that you can help me figure out what's going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

  @NOWIFIDRYWIZ

Hi,thanks for posting question here.

On you computer, can you see other wifi networks?

Please login the web management interface of the Router, go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings, disable the "Smart Connect", and set different wifi names for 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz wifi network.

If you can see 2.4Ghz network name on your PC but failed to connect, please try to Change the encryption method into "WPA2-PSK/WPA-PSK" to improve compatibility

And, please update the wireless driver of your computer.
