Model: Archer BE800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.3 Build 20240424 rel.60087(5553)

Greetings,

I have an Archer BE800 from you for a while now and i have noticed that if a large transfer starts that the 10G ports all appear to lock up and stop transfer traffic. At first i thought it was my TEG-3102WS Switch because i would reboot the switch and it would clear up the issue. I RMA'd that and the issue continued. I took the switch out of the path and directly connected my PC using my Marvel AQtion 10G nic to the onboard 10G nic on the BE800 and sure enough, once i do a speedtest the pc loses internet connection. The 10G link is still up between the devices but no internet access.

On logging into the device, i would notice that the internet connection would be down. The BE800 is connected by 10G to my ONT. No traffic passes. I have to reset/ disconnect the cables and reconnect them and the internet would start back by itself automatically

If the switch or PC is connected via the 2.5Gbit ports, this does not occur. So its clearly an issue on the 10Gb in the device.

Hi, thanks for posting question on our community.

We need the information for better analysis by the support engineers.

What is the model of your ONT?

And did you use the original power adapter of Archer BE800?

  @Marvin_S

Used two different onts (I work for the ISP building ftth networks) Adtran 622v and 632v

Yes. It's the original power supply for the be800

Looking forward to an update
