Model: Archer C54
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: (us) 1.12.20 Build 230608 Rel.64891n

My new router 'ARCHER C54 V1(US)' which FIRMWARE is: 1.12.20 Build 230608 Rel.64891n(5553), the problem is, when someone uses 5ghz wi-fi then 2.4ghz wi-fi become unstable.

Note that, when all users use only 2.4ghz wifi, then the problem does not occur. Seeking solution.........

  @ABDULLAH_1

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

The issue seems strange, may I confirm some details to better locate the issue?

1. How many clients do you have? Whatever client you connect to 5Ghz wifi band, the 2.4Ghz wifi become unstable?

2.Does "2.4ghz wi-fi become unstable" means your clients  A.   connected to 2.4Ghz but no internet   or   B.  even the wifi connection drops?

3.  Please set up a guest network and connect your client to the 5Ghz wifi band of guest network, then whether the same issue happens?

4. For 2.4GHz wireless client devices, adjust 2.4GHz channel width into 20MHz, for 5G wireless client devices, adjust 5GHz channel width into 80MHz or 40MHz to avoid interference.
