My tplink wifi extender with model RE315 (EU) v1 for some reason keep disconnecting from my iphone 11 IOS17.0.3 but work perfectly fine on other devices, I tried restart and reset to factory setup, update the firmware but the problem still remain,

Will this happen when you connect both 2.4G and 5G WIFI? Will you lose internet coonection or also lose WIFI connection?
Please connect your iPhone 11 to your main router directly and test if the connection is stable or not.
If this issue happened only with the RE315, please also provide the following information:
1. How often will this drop issue happen? WIll it connect back automatically?
2. Do you have other Apple devices like other iPhones or iPads? Are they working well with RE315?
