RE200 Wifi Extender has stopped working since last few weeks.

I have been trying to reach out to technical support team through calls and emails for more than a week now and got no response on either platforms.
There is no live support agent available ever (Tried checking on different days and different time slots). Tried calling customer care and waited for more than 20 mins and still no agent to address my concern. The Indian customer care numbers is still stuck on covid period notification and high inflow message.
As a last attempt , I am reaching out to this community in a hope to find a proper solution to my issue
Issue: I bought a TP LINK Wifi extender RE200 V5 from Amazon sometime back and it used to work as expected for quite some time. Amazon solution is to reach out to TP link customer care .
All of a sudden it stopped working, The LEDs on the extender were no longer blinking. Only power LED is showing green light and within few secs all the LEDs glow and the device resets and again Green power led starts blinking.
Tried to reset the extender but no luck. Read multiple articles of users facing the same issue and every article has same solution to reach out to customer care and get product replaced. However in my case even the customer care is not responding and I do not have any service center in my hometown .
Please help provide a global escalation email id where I can raise my concern as I have totally given up on their Indian customer care service .
