Hi,

I have setup a DECO mesh wifi with X20 at my office.

Everything seems to be working fine, except for Amazon Prime on my iPhone & PC.

I don't have a VPN or proxy service setup.

What could be causing this error.

I hope someone can help.

Hi Raj,

 

Please check if you have set up parental control for these two devices, which may cause this issue. 

How to setup Parental Control on the Deco.

 

Can the phone and TV use Amazon Prime normally when connect to other WIFI or use phone data?
