Hola. Mi proveedor de internet me ha instalado un router Huawei que soporta maximo 32 clientes wifi segun veo en su menu de configuración.

 

Mi consultas es: si instalo 2 deco M4 con este router, se podran gestionar la conexión simultanea de 60 dispositivos wifi?

Los M4 estan conectados por cable al router y el wifi del router esta desactivado.

Hi,

 

In a lab environment, the Deco network can connect up to 100 devices.

However, in your actual environment, this number of end devices would be less than that due to the wireless environment or the influence of other devices and so on. If there are too many devices connected, it may cause problems such as unstable connection or slow speed.

Hi,

If I add a second or 3 deco M4. Would it manage better more devices?

I have a lot of home automation devices and some pc, smart tv and cellphones.

 

What about my router? It is necessary to change it with another more specific?

Hi,

 

If the router is working normally, you do not need to change it.

 

And you can add more Deco units to the current Deco network. Here is a guidance for your reference: How to add an additional unit to your Deco network.

You can use the Deco APP to manage the Deco units and the clients connect to Deco.
