Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.10

Hi, i cant connect to internet by changing DNS to Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 family either from DHCP settings or Internet settings. But, using default DNS from ISP or any other DNS like google i can connect to internet. Previously, i can connect to cloudflare DNS but somehow right now i cant. I can connect to cloudflare DNS by using app either DNS only or WARP on any device connected to router.

 

Im using Archer AX1500 V1.20

Firmware : 1.3.10

ISP : Biznet (from Indonesia)

Hi, you may take factory reset the router and configure DNS servers again following this guide.

It is also suggested to contact Cloudflare support to comfirm.

Thanks for your suggestion. I already have reset the router 3 times but still cant connect to Cloudflare. And apparently i also cant connect to quad9 dns and any other dns that have low ping except isp dns. Other dns that have 18ms or more ping i can connect to the router.

Hi, can you try change DNS into 1.1.1.1 on your computer to confirm whether the internet access is ok on it?

For example: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10
