Omada Portal Slow Loading
Hi,
we are using the omada controller with voucher portal in most of our high- and middleschools. after complaining coming in that the voucher portal in one highschool is slow we tried everything. from routing, dns and even reinstalling the controller. a colleague in our department used wireshark and found a lot of tcp re-transmissions. next step was to upload the demo-template of the voucher-site which is supplied as a download in the controller itself. the site is working fine. the only thing we had changed in the default-voucher-page is the logo and the text on the button. nothing else is changed. even if we dont touch the default-site the loading time will go up. if we change back to the demo-site it is working instant and flawless.

Just want to confirm, you download the template from Controller->Portal Customization page? Or actually you just edit the current page?
And the slow loading happens on all client devices?
