Mail notifications on alerts and events
Hi...
Anyone that can help me with how Mail notifications works in Omada Cloud Controller.
Note: I run the controller in MSP Mode
I have configured SMTP settings for the controller.
Test mail works
Configured SMTP for customer
Test mail works
Added User( MSP Administrator) on the Controller level
No mails
Add User(Administrator) Customer level
Alerts send
Anyone knows why alerts is not sent to users that is added on Controller level?
As a user is added on Controller level, I can't the users on customer level.
I would use the emails to notify a shared mailbox when ever a devices ex. disconnected.
So, I would have to remember to invite the shared mailbox for each customer I created.
It would make so much more sense if the account i inherited from the Controller.
