i have a TPlink EAP 225 and it is running on Cloud Based Controller. We are always encountering a slow opening of Portal/Landing Rage whenever we are trying to connect devices. what are the possible problem of this issue? and Solutions? Thanks in Advance.

You may update the firmware of the EAP to the latest first.

Did this issue happen on all kinds of end clients? How long will it take to load the landing page? over 10 seconds, or even several minutes?
