Can you pass the authentication? 

Try with different clients. We had similar feedback before and it only happened on certain kinds of clients.

  @Vincent-TP yes pass thru authentication but its error both android and ios device (ERROR OPENING PAGE Hotspot loging cannot open the page becuae it cannot redirect to lacation starting with fb) even i put them in pre authentication url is invalid I am trying to put my facebook page to the advertisement url or after the authentication pass thru

The config is default on portal costomization 

the url promotional is from my fb page
