I have purchased it in November 2023. It was working fine till now. However from today morning it is not powering up. I have checked socket and it's working ok. Moreover, I have checked extender to all other sockets available in home but not getting on on in any of the sockets. I reset it, but of no use.

If the RE is under warranty contact your retailer or local service to claim it and for further assistance.
