Model: Archer C5400  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.2

Hi,
We are using a TP-Link Archer C5400 with 400 mbps act fibernet broadband, and 15 wifi users and 20 wired lan users are connected to this router to consume internet. Sometimes the connection is lost unexpectedly for some devices, but the internet is still working with another device without interruption. Can you give me a solution to debug this?

Here's a troubleshooting guide on that matter.

If you have 20 wired clients that means you're using an additional hardware like network switches - you can isolate them and check if they causing these issues.

Here's another troubleshooting gide that you could use.

Your current firmware is not the latest, please also upgrade firmware to latest then check whether it helps.
