Power LED is always blinking so we are unable to connect range extender

Hi,

 

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

 1. Try to plug into different power sockets.

 2. Keep the range extender powered on, and use a pin to press the reset button for more than 5 seconds.

If it still cannot help, please contact the local support team with the results with the troubleshooting steps.
