The problem is that i cannot play any online games on ps5 but can use PsStore and other streaming apps on it. Only the online game are not connecting to the server.

But when i connect mobile hotspot with mobile Internet, the game works fine.

I have been using my TL-WR840N for past 4 years but i haven't got this problem before. Been having this issue for last 2 weeks couldn't find any fix for it. 

Can anyone help me with this please

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

You may check any advanced feature settings, like parental control, access control and so on. Or it is suggested to take factory reset the router and reconfigure it for a try.

  @Marvin_S tried everything in router setting and ps5 network setting. I'm thinking whether the router is broken so i have change the router or I have to factory reset my ps5
