Hi,
Please check if you can get an Internet IP address.
If there is an IP address, you can change the DNS settings.
How to Change the DNS servers on the wireless router and DSL modem router (New UI).
If there is no IP address, please use another router to test if it can get internet with the same PPPoE username and password.
