On my work laptop at home I need to update a software program every 14 days. It is done through a SFTP connection. I need to connect to Enbridge's servers but for some reason the connection is blocked and the download fails.

I am only able to start the download if connected through Surfshark VPN or if I tether my phone internet the download works so I believe it has to be something with my router.
