Saludos tengo un Router archer C50, del cual tengo dos teléfono y una laptop conectados a través del wifi del mismo, la seguridad está a través de la opción de control de acceso, lista blanca, y con las respectivas Mac de esos dispositivos. Mi proveedor es mediante un módem de fibra. Ahora tengo  Smart tv que trato de conectar a través de un puerto Lan del router y a través del wifi. Pero no he logrado conectarlo. Agregué la Mac del tv a la lista blanca y tampoco se conecta. Que puedo hacer

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

If you connect your smart TV to Hotspot of your phone, does it work?

You may turn off access control whitelist and allow all devices connect to your network, then try to connect TV again.

It is also suggested to update firmware to the latest.

BTW, what is the hardware and firmware of your router?

Or you may refer to this guide directly to troubleshoot.
