Hello,

i changed my Home-Wlan Router to a Archer AX 55 with Mesh Mode.

I got an Deebot X1 Omni Cleaning Robot with an Video Funktion. Everything works but the Video dont start.
I changed back to my old Router (TP Link AC20) and it worked.

Do somebody know where could be the Problem?

the Robort works on 2,4 Ghz and the rest of the funktions working fine.

Greetings

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

May I confirm your exact network topology? Although AX55 supports onemesh, the mesh feature can not work on its own. Archer AX55 needs to work with other TP-Link devices to set up Onemesh or Easymesh.

You may turn off Onemesh feature if you have no other network devices.

Also, it is suggested to change DNS for a try.

Hey, thank you for the answer.

I work with OneMesh and two RE300 Repeater devices.

I tried to Use the AX 55 without Mesh, that doesnt work. I tried the router i used before the AX 55 that worked.
So i thing i have to change something in the AX 55 settings..
