1.3.10 Build 20240130 Rel. 77367 issue

Do I need to update with new 1.3.10 Build 20240130 Rel. 77367. Because, I have seen multiple issue arise which been discussed over the platform.

You don't have to update the FW of the device if it's working properly.
Updating FW does make sense if you need a newly introduced feature that you need or a security fix.
You can also update the FW to an intermediate version (not the latest) as well (for example 1.3.8 Build 20230619).
Observe the FW release notes for any restriction regarding downgrading.
If you decide that the new FW is not working as you expect, you may downgrade to a previous version.
