Firmware Version: Archer C50(EU)_V4_190125

I used to use 5ghz fine on this router until I turned off for months and turned it back on and now it doesn't work. I tried upgrading the firmware, factory resetting and everything didn't work. there's no 5ghz signal and I don't see the network on any of my devices, these devices support 5ghz fine and I'm able to connect to other 5ghz networks with them. In the router's web configuration, I enabled 5ghz but when I come to the "Status" tab it says under 5ghz: radio signal: Disabled. even though I've enabled it, even the 5ghz led is turned on on the router. Why is this happening and how can I solve it?

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

I am afraid the Wi-Fi part is broken and the router is defective. You may contact retailer or local support to confirm warranty.
