Tp-link repeater RE200 doesn't work

Hello everyone, the repeater has not worked for a few days. I also tried to reset it but it still doesn't work. When plugged into the power outlet, it continuously produces that whistle and flashes continuously repeatedly . What could have happened? TP-Link RE200 Extender.

Your RE may have been damaged due to a power surge or similar event.
If the RE in under warranty contact your retailer to advise you. If not, you can contact your local service support for further assistance.
