Hi,

Just a quick questions. I have set up my TP-Link 300Mbps Universal WiFi Range Extender TL-WA850RE which is working like a dream. However, i do have a question. Is there any way to get the Extender to show a different SSID rather than take the current root routers SSID?

Thanks

On the newer release note of WA850RE, it says "Added a new function allowing users to modify the extened SSID"

I need the 2 signals to be extended :) I don't want to buy 2 units one for each signal if at all possible

I did think tp-link monitored and added to this forum, hence I asked in here. BT just said google it, pretty useless tech support.
