Model: Archer AX55
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have been using Archer AX55 device for sometime without any issue.

Recently I had a doubt about connection from anonymous external user. So I want to restrict the access using Advanced - Security - Access Control option in the tplinkwifi.net

But I first wanted to identify the connected devices using the IP & MAC binding page under security.

i named the devices using the Tether application in the phone. However, some devices doesn't appear in the Tether, but only on the weblink. What could be the reason?

I have two tplink wireline extenders. One of them appear twice in the list while the other doesn't appear at all.

Regards,

  @BinuM

Hi,

Do you mean that you can see some devices in the client list of the web management interface, but they do not appear in the Tether app's client list?

Are they wired or wireless devices? You can try refreshing the client list and disconnecting and reconnecting the device.

And for the wireline devices you mentioned, how did they connect to AX55?

Please confirm the MAC address to make sure whether they are the same device. What is the product model?
