I can't get my daughters Roku Tv to connect to the Router and also her Samsung Galaxy Tab8 Tablet. we are trying to use snap chat and it wont send snaps.

Hi,
Please check if you have set any advanced settings like parental control or Access control that may block the device.
Is there any error message when they fail to connect WIFI?
Can you send snap normally when connect to other WIFI or using phone data?
Please also check if you can use other APPs or visit websites normally.
