I am not familiar with this error but here some details about that.

Without involving your ISP I doubt that you would resolve this issue.

At least they can tell you what are the errors on their side and advise on that.

Hey again,

I think the problem is related to VLAN configs. I need to set the VLAN ID for the internet to 0 (my ISP uses "0" for the internet ) but my TP-Link Router doesn't allow to do this. How can I set this one to zero? Old tplink routers allow to set 0 but my archer doesn't. Urgent help is needed. Thanks!

You can't set value of "0" for the VLAN ID as it can be seen from your screenshot.

The default VLAN ID is "1", so you should set a value from "2" to "4094".

You can conatct your local support fo further assistance - here.

Hi, did you make sure your ISP provided VLAN ID as 0 for you? At the beginning,  it seems the VLAN ID showing on your screenshot is 103.

Did you every try to disable IPTV/VLAN? Then just configure PPPoE information.

It is sincerely suggested to contact local technical support to confirm. Maybe they have a solution to the restriction from local ISPs.
