Hi : 

 

I just upgraded my internet connection to a fiber connection from Airtel (ISP) with a speed of 100mbps. 

 

I have 2 Deco E4 units... The main deco is connected by a cable to the AIrtel router/modem. The otherDeco is placed in the bedroom and is conected to the main Deco wirelessly. 

 

When I connect to the Deco network, my speed drops - the download speed is about 10mbps, while the upload speed is fine.

 

Please help !

Hi,

 

If the satellite Deco has slow speed, you can first refer to this thread.

Slow speed on satellite Deco

 

Please make sure that the firmware is the latest. 

If the issue still exists, please contact the local support team with the results with the troubleshooting steps.

I experience speed-drop  when I connect to any Deco - both the Main Deco and  the Satellite deco.
