I can't access the app to check the mesh network because the tower is red.  Starlink is working fine.  It's happened three times now and each time I had to delete the app reinstall on another device, delete the old network and re do a new one.  Any ideas what's happening?  Or better how to fix?  Can I view my deco network online or only in the app?

Hi,

 

Please keep the device connect to Deco WIFI and check again if it can find the Deco network on the Deco APP.

 

If the main Deco have the unstable issue, you can cahnge the DNS settings on the Deco. 

And you can also do mac clone if other devices can stably connect to Starlink router.

The internet connection is unstable or suddenly stops working when connected to the Deco network?

 

Deco devices are mainly managed on the Deco APP.

On the webpage it have limited informations.  How to log into the web-based interface of my Deco
