Hello,

I changed the name of my network last night and now I can't connect my 5g devices with it. Nobody is picking up my call in TP-LINK support.

Hi,

After you change the WIFI name, all devices need to connect again.

Please make sure that there are no special characters in the WIFI name. And you can also enable a guest network and test again.

Besides, have you enabled the Smart Connect?
