I bought this hoping I could get a better signal for my Blink cameras, but it wont let me connect to them. Please can you let me know if I can or can't link them as the equipment is of no use if I can't connect my blink cameras.

Blink Cameras should be able to connect to the Deco WIFI. So far we haven't got any information that Blink Cameras cannot work with Deco.
If you failed to connect, please check if it needs you to change some settings on the Deco. And you can also enable a 2.4G guest network or IOT network on Deco, just in case that some devices can only connect to 2.4G WIFI.
And if Blink Camera support suggests to change some WIFI settings, you can contact us and get help on how to do it.
