Tl-sg1005d cannot hold the network cable. Gently touching the network wire will cause the network head to slip out of the switch.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Ethernet cable plug should have the click which holds the cable into the Ethernet port.

If your cable got a broken click to jam it, then you have a loose connection.

 

I think that's your case. Not the problem with the switch itself. The Ethernet jack on the switch is standard.
