EAP610 stuck on adopting

I have the following

ER605 V2.0 update 2.2.6, SG2008 V4.20 update 4.20.1, TL-SG2210P V5.20 update 5.20.1, EAP610 V3.0 update 1.5.0, EAP610 outdoor V1.0 update 1.2.6, EAPHD V1.0 update 1.2.11,

Omada controller OC200 2.0 Version 5.14.26.23 firmware 2.16.3 build 20240620 Rel.81038

I have had no problems since I installed them but now all of a sudden the EAP610 V3.0 is stuck on adopting. I reset the EAP610 and nothing changed. I reset the controller and the EAP610 started provisioning then went back to adopting.

Whan can I do to get the EAP610 to reconnect?

Hi @DRSie 

 

All your EAPs are linked up to the router/switch via Ethernet cables, right? Are you still able to Ping to the EAP610 V3's IP address?

 

Is there any VLAN settings on your network?

 

Please have a test: connect the EAP610 V3 to your router directly via Ethernet cable, and try the adopting again. You can power on the EAP via Power Adapter(and passive poe injector) temporarily. It's only for testing. We saw similiar issue before that is related to power supply of the EAP. 

 

If the problem still remains, please feel free to let me know.
