T1600G-28TS v3.0 Static IP Address

I'm attempting to configure the switch with a static IP address via the OC200 controller which has been working well for around 3yrs, the is failing to keep the staticlly assigned address and reverts to a DHCP address from the range specified by the OC200 controller.
Please assist/advise how can I force a static address on this switch from omada ?
