Hi there

 

i have been through the other threads however when setting up my x10 mesh router it shows the red light after choosing my desired username and password. 
 

I have tried resettting it and updating the firmware. I tried all 3 routers and they all give the same issue but my old router works.

Hi,

 

The username and password are provided by your ISP when you set up the Deco units.

If it can work with your old router and get internet connection, please do MAC clone on your Deco.

  @Sunshine thank you so much I really appreciate it. I had to set my connection to PPPoE and then the ISP provided details as suggested.
