Firmware Version: 1.5.5

Hi, 6months ago we got sent a deco X55 modem to be able to use parental settings for our broadband. Up until then we were using a Netcom modem and had a landline via the Netcom. Our broadband provider tech support said we could get the deco and connect up the Netcom and use that as a satalite to run the landline. Now it turns out that isn't the case, three Netcom trials have been unsuccessful and they are now saying there is no way to run a landline with the deco. As I have elderly parents, I do indeed still need a landline. Surely there is some clever person out there that can tell me how to either get VoiP via the X55 or know which deco modem to buy that can do both

Assuming your Netcom "modem" is also a router you can connect this to your internet connection first turning off the wifi, then connect main Deco and to Netcom router and change main Deco to Access point mode.

BT Full fibre 500, 1x X60 V3.2 in router mode and 1 x XE75Pro V2.
