Model: Deco P7   Deco XE75
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.11

Hi

I have a Mesh network with multiple XE75 all working fine.(using latest FW)

I then tried to connect Deco P7 via WI-Fi to this Network which also works (using latest FW)

I can see the Deco P7 in the overview map however, I am not able to connect any client sto the P7.

Also tried to switch off fast roaming - no success either.

When I have tried to setup the P7 as its own network connecting directly to the router then all is working fine.

Factory reset didnt help.

I tried the same with another P7 - same results above.

Somehow it seems that P7 cannot work with XE75 in teh same Wifi Network.

Any ideas?

Hi,

All Deco models can work together.

It’s possible that the device prioritized connecting to the Deco XE75 when connect to Deco network. You can connect a wired device directly to the P7 unit and test if it will show up in the P7's client list.
