Model: RE200
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1

I've had an RE200 extender for a month now and every time I check, there are no clients showing, although my laptop is right next to it - with poor connectivity. Ideas?

Hi,

Does the extended Wi-Fi have the same name as the main Wi-Fi? Please ensure that the device is connected directly to the RE and not to the main router's Wi-Fi.

Besides, you can also try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Reboot the device and the extender to have a check.

2. Check if the firmware is the latest or not.

3. Confirm if the device has a static IP. If yes, change it to obtain the IP address automatically.
